I felt that I must write to you and express my sincere thanks for your splendid
work at three of my properties. You are so easy to talk to you and
discuss problems and you are always ready to explain your qualifications
and what they mean to the customer. The work carried out is to a very high
standard and there is never any difficulty in obtaining the proper paperwork. You
are always on time and have never cancelled any appointment or been late
which is important to me as the properties are usually empty and it is quite
annoying having to wait with nothing to do! Your estimates for work
to be undertaken are quick and concise and when your account arrives following
work done there are no hidden charges. Those charges are most
reasonable and nothing is hidden to surprise the customer after the

When I bought a house recently, ocklynge
plumbing and heating checked out our central heating and made
it work properly. This was done quickly and without fuss. A little
later when I put a nail through a central heating pipe Justin
was on the scene in time to ensure that a drama did not turn
into a crisis. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
