Q: Are we insured?
A: Yes, we have public liability insurance
in place up to 5 million pounds. We have never had to claim but
if we did,we would be covered.
Q: If i book an appointment in advance, will I have to wait in all day for you to arrive like some companys?
A: When we book an appointment, we always take a contact number
so that if we are running late due to a previous job over running,
we can keep the customer informed and give them the option of
waiting for us a little longer if they are able to, or rebooking
another appointment.
Q: I had a previous plumber who charged me for parts that were
not changed. How do I know you wont do this?
A: We wont ever do this. We will leave any
changed parts behind for the customer to see if they request
us to.
Q: You have just installed a new boiler for me. How do I know
its been done correctly?
A: You will receive a certificate from
CORGI under the gas works notification scheme. Please keep
this safe. This will be needed from 2007 to go into the new
Homeowner Information Packs. The “ HIP” will
be required from 2007 if you sell your property. In addition
to this we shall also carry out and issue a homeowner gas safety
report free of charge.
